Is your honey raw and unprocessed?
Yes. Our honey is strained through a fine mesh to remove wax and is never heated or ultra-filtered, so natural pollen and enzymes stay in. That is also why it can crystallise in cold weather.
Why has my honey turned thick or grainy?
Crystallisation is natural and a sign of real honey. Place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 15–20 minutes and it will turn runny again.
Which tea should I buy for strong milk chai?
Choose Assam CTC Black Tea or our Masala Chai. Darjeeling and green tea are best brewed light, without milk.
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders within 1–2 working days. Most PIN codes receive them in 3–7 working days. You get a tracking number by email once it ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most orders. You can also pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets through Razorpay.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Every order comes with a GST tax invoice you can download from your account or the order tracking page. Businesses can add their GSTIN at checkout.
